Where I see myself in 1 year

April 2021

By next year, another 12 months of spring weather, summer gardens, fall harvest

and winter hibernation have gone by. As the world slowly recovers from the

Covid-19 pandemic, life gets back to normal little by little.

The Partnership Squad lived up to it's name this past year and finally

revamped the ingestion pipeline for user data from HRIS platforms so that adding

a new HRIS partner requires minimal engineering work.

I'm confidently on a track towards using my strengths of developer, relator and

connector to build a high performing pre-sale engineer team that can help prove

risky assumptions for large potential clients, and develop those prototypes in

Epics that can be implemented quickly and help close deals

I have an established process for gathering personal data gathering that has

allowed me to measure my growth and performance both with our team and without.

This includes

1. Get my home kitchen certified to sell baked goods by Summer 2021

2. Learn to measure my impact on the team and 15Five by Summer 2021

3. Lead and write user stories for two major Epics by Fall 2021

+ For at least one, do not do the majority of the work

5. Gain my amateur ham radio license by Winter 2021
