After noting the error and recording a video of it happening, Myroslav noted that he can't reproduce it. Best guess right now is a race condition with the Zuora update subscription callout.

Today is Silas Sewell's birthday and I woke up hard. It just took me a long

time to wake up. Nothing was made better by not having any coffee roasted, so

I had to jump into my two morning meetings without caffeine.

That said, once I got done with my morning routine I was able to find some

motivation in making Silas' birthday cake and cleaning the kitchen.
