Downsides of prophylactics?
- On a run today, it occurred to me that a lack of common outbreaks of less
deadly disease may leave a medical system woefully unprepared for a major
outbreak
- Singapore and Taiwan have both handled the Covid-19 outbreak very well. What
do they have in common *both suffered greatly in the SARS outbreak*
- Does that mean that better responses come with experience? That seems pretty
obvious
- The next most obvious question is, what are the costs of experience and are
they worth it?
