- Maiden has postponed East Coast fundraising tour

- Fundraising

- Acknowledged we need a process for incoming PayPal donations. Colin said

he would send out a protocol to acknowledge these

- We discussed the need to consider whether events this summer are affected

by the pandemic

- Jessica pointed out that donations may still be good right now.

- *People want a way to support local business, to restart once this is over*

- If OHP cancels, committee felt we'd have to cancel or postpone

- Pat suggested waiting till closer to the event to make a financial ask of

potential sponsors. Tax season is hard for business to scrounge up

advertising dollars

- Bobby pointed out that we still need the money in the bank to be

responsibly planning for the activities

- The questions we talked about were how to plan with uncertainty

- Landed on the idea of setting early May as the time when we'll make a decision

- Make sure everyone we are coordinating with are aware of the issues

- Follow up with Dick Campbell in Orrington about what 4-port plan is

- Jess is going to follow up with Wallace about deposit

- Shawn Blodgett pointed out a few days ago that if Portland cancels, OHP may be out

- Leaning more towards finding a nice place for posterity
