I'm finding it very easy to get overwhelmed these days. Emma's third trimester has been something of a rollercoaster and the last few days have been stressful. She has a lot of amniotic fluid, and Dani is not making it easy to forget it. Emma got a really nice email back from Ellie the other day telling her to just wait for the gestational diabetes test to come back, but don't worry about it. This is likely not a big deal. And yet, if Emma does of GD, it will mean a much more likely hospital birth which I don't think sits well with Emma. She's being pretty reasonable about it, but you can tell it's taking it's toll. This whole pregnancy has simply felt different than the three before, and a big part of that is not having Donna and Ellie with us.
