Journal
Another windy clear day. Yesterday was crazy. I wasn't able to journal. Today is
not a lot better, but I'm trying to get some daily tasks done.
The soccer tournament yesterday went really well. The kids seemed to have a ton
of energy. We lost our first three, but were playing 9 on 11 most of the time,
so I don't feel so bad. The Penbrook game in particular was 0-2, which felt like
a victory. We also discovered that Erik is a stand out keeper. Which is great,
because Amelia has a concussion and is out until Wednesday.
Today is mostly farm stuff. I'm hoping to get a lot of things done, but will
need to do the most important tasks first. That starts with getting the fridge
clear of the chickens so we have room for turkeys.
