Journal
Ooops. I got caught up solving Euler 54 for my Peerfit take home last night and
ended up going to bed after 3. So even though I slept in till past 9, it still
wasn't enough sleep last night and I can feel it.
Either way, I was able to get some good cleaning done in the kitchen this
morning, and then did some reading while Nabby played on the floor and Emma
moved goats around.
Ultimate last night was a blast. I tried to stay relaxed, as I often get
stressed in game situations and mess up my game. I came out with three really
solid defensive posessions at the start of the game and it kind of set the tone
for the rest of the game. I had some breakdowns, and bad throws, but overall I
think I was a net positive on the field and our team, Buluga, won 15-13.
Now I need to figure out some "code I'm proud of" for my technical interview
with Ryan at Daupler later today. That's never easy, because I haven't done a
lot of open source work, or work on my own in a while. So I'm forced to pick
some funky code I haven't touched in a while, or dip into the well of old work
for Ridecell or Elation, which of dubious legal standing.
