I had great chats with Mac Macintosh and Erik Rhoten via donut that spawned bigger conversations on both transformational services, and how we can improve engineering response to customer needs. Need to setup one-on=ones with both of them, as well as clean up my one-on-one schedule for Harry and Andrii as well.
