[[file:20220713131251-q3_2022_tier_2_objectives.org][Q3 2022 Tier 2 Objectives]] is a chance to get solid OKRs built out for our Tier 2 team. The risks are getting distracted from the overarching goals of the team. I'd love to be able to focus on tool building without missing the bigger picture.

That said, we're still an escalations team, but I wonder if we need to be thinking about ways to de-escalate, rather than just solve.
