Had a really great call with Kim. She was super friendly and we were able quickly figure out what need to be resolved. Someone enabled SSO with new emails addresses in Okta, and Kim and her co-worker Tony both wanted to keep their existing 15Five accounts and use their new email addresses. I just had to flip the email address name and SAML IDs to the old user and things worked great.

Wow. Totally unmotivated today. I finally got out to get animal chores done and realized the garage for the truck was nearly pulled out of the ground. The only saving grace was the corkscrew anchors that froze in place. I spent the better part of an hour trying to fix it. It's in pretty good shape right now, but I got back inside with almost no motivation.
Mom is doing better, but I need to call the hospital about picking her up tomorrow.
Lattice raised a big ass funding round and while I was first inclined to pitch it as a way to set money on fire, Patrick Sanders put me in my place and said they know what they're doing and they're growing really fast. So that's a little bit of a downer.

Ooof! Mom's back in the hospital. Sarah texted late last night to say that she was headed to the ER with her because she seemed confused. After going back and forth about what might be going on (including a concern about "spoiled" jelly 🤣) it seems like her ammonia levels are really due to poor liver function and that her confusion may have been compounded by her pulse/ox level being super low. When were there for dinner last Wednesday I noticed her O2 was 88 and didn't think anything of it. Then Sarah said it read 84 before they left for the ER. That's not good.
So I'm trying to coordinate when I'm gonna get down there and what I can do while also getting work done. I need to do animals chores as well.
When I woke up, Vanessa Parada pinged me about Etraveli who are concerned about starting a Best-Self Review cycle with correct groups and their API user push is not working great. I was able to deflect a little and ask them to just upload a CSV themselves, but they're nervous because of past experiences with our crappy CSV importer timing out 🙍
