Timeline

- Note taken on

Dropping food off with Mom was great today. She was in high spirits because she got an appointment for a Covid-19 Vaccine this Thursday! I was also able to share my news about getting a raise from $130k to $141k.

- Note taken on

Emma still hadn't gotten out to do animal chores when I went up for a break before my afternoon partnership meeting. The tasks of doing animal chores was made more fun by the fact that the new webacams I got for the goats had come. So I also spent more time than I probably should have this afternoon setting up new Web cameras.

After that I jumped on the partnership call with Wired2Perform where we had a really nice conversation with Raghu Misra about how to integrate 15Five with their app. The first phase looks like it will be just getting 15Five users provisioned in Wired2Perform via either a simple provisioning script or, preferrably, an SSO process where we create users on the fly.

As usual, the Collaborative Ministry Team meeting was something I sort of dreaded because I wasn't terribly prepared, but turned out delightful. I love the presence and forgiveness that my UU collegues come with every time. It was nice to see everyone and we got some great work done as well.

- Note taken on

Today started out pretty well. I didn't get up much before 8, but that was mostly beacuse Emma and I had a nice time snuggling Asa Sewell and Nabby in bed after I woke up around 7. I still got to bed nice and early last night, so that was an accomplishment.

I had a stand up with the squad where Andrii made a reference to the budget being approved and compensation being adjusted, so I sort of knew what the mystery call with Nazar Ivaniv was likely to be about. All night last night I was stressed about what the nature of the call was. Turns out I was being given a raise of $11k, so that wasn't so bad.
