- Collaborative Ministry Internship 2020-21 update
Invited a candidate from Fayetteville, AK
Needs help finding affordable housing
Will move to Maine in August
Ellsworth will be primary site
Mar. 8 offer made, Mar. 15 everything shifted
There will still be a need to have teaching congregations
Make announcement in 3 church worship service

Ariel called out importance of the membership of all three churches to find affordable housing

Got great feedback from the impromptu collaborative service
May make sense not to do May, but keep June 7
Perhaps avoid an outside person but do it in house?
Ministers have been talking about the right frequency
Idea was once a month, March 10, April 19, June 7
Skip May as it’s too close to June 7
Should we keep Shana in the service?
If we’re doing collaborative service every month, how do we make June 7 special?
Having a guest preacher may be the answer
Collection during online service, needs to be announced better
- GA bus update
Cancel bus due to GA uncertainty
[[id:9b0b5a34-a0ba-4d0c-8c75-bc11e8b8a62b][Jacqui Lee]] will make sure the bus get’s canceled
Will probably be an option to register virtually for GA
Full refund available if because of Covid-19
Still need to consider doing some parallel planning
Hope for in-person retreat, need to think about a one-day virtual retreat
