I was up late last night working on solutions to my photo flow. I think I've nailed it down where paaliaq, the old Mac Pro server, hosts Librephotos and a network storage with the 4TB drive that is currently in rhea. Rhea, being an old Dell server needs a firmware update to go above 2TB, so I ordered a $22 2TB SAS drive to swap out for the current 4TB drive.
