Felt much better this morning after talking with Andrii. A high five from
Krystian Cybulski also suggests that Andrii is having a rough time
juggling everything right now. I hadn't honestly considered someone else
struggling with being a manager. The only times that's happened to me, the
person a bad manager but doesn't own it. The idea that Andrii might have some
self-confidence issues is interesting and something I should probably find a
way to help with.
