I believe I'm getting closer. I've found some docs for how to add options to the UV dependabot runner.

DONE Install dependabot cli tool and try running against internal locally

1. Installed dependabot with `brew install dependabot`

2. Created a github api key and set `LOCAL_GITHUB_ACCESS_TOKEN` with full repo access

3. Oauth logged into for MM access for the token

4. Run `dependabot test uv multimediallc/mm-pay-internal`
