ENG-19992 - Wrong features set when upgrading plan

Description

PRECONDITIONS:

There is a paying company, e.g Focus Monthly plan

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Login as a company admin

Go to Billing

Upgrade plan

Select Perform Plan

UPgrade

Check features

You can do the same via Django, e.g select Engage Plan in company billing info page and check selected features

ACTUAL RESULT: Wrong feature set

EXPECTED RESULT: Feature set related to selected plan need to be enabled
