Hold in highest consideration the well-being and individuality of each of
the 3 congregations
Listen attentively to our congregations and to each other
Communicate with our response respective congregations in a timely and
inclusive way
Value the diversity of opinions, allowing complete expression of them and
holding our minds open
Make decisions that consider the integrity of the 3 congregations as we
collaborated and then support those decisions in our congregations
Remain engaged when conflict arises and practice forgiveness with ourselves
and with each other
