Journal

Supposed to be a heatwave today. I'll be curoius to see what actually happens.

Usually things are cooler on the coast, and the actual temperature is only

supposed to be in the mid 80s. The heat index, though is supposed to be in the 90s.

Well, it's definitely hot. Curiously, the first thought when I walked outside

was memories of St. Charles in the summer. I suspect it got at least this hot

quite often in Illinois. It just doesn't seem as hot as folks were talking about

on Maine Public. Maybe the problem is that it covers the whole state and the

southern half is experiencing more heat. Oh well, time to get some work done.
