I'm not sure how, but it'd be nice if Django could be more intuitive. If everything were mapped in a user-friendly way where I'd know exactly where to go to troubleshoot for each feature.

- One click for what you're going there for

- Task group (BSR support tools -> links to documenation, Zendesk/Guru)

- Hone in on what we actually use for support tools

- Tiered access?

- Metabase dashboard function, plug in email, get what you need for a review cycle

I would love to be able to see a list of review admins from the overall user list (like you can filter for account admins)

- User list in Support Tools

- Review admins from user list?

I would absolutely love to be able to have multiple instances of Django open in the same browser

- Probably a non-starter ...

I documented my top priorities in my proposal! https://docs.google.com/document/d/152oGrlMkNg1slW83PUKjg1uZMRwCgiz8uYPRY10Krhc/edit

It would be helpful to provide more insight into changes to reviews and attribute changes to specific users. Especially when reviews are reopened, it would be GREAT to know who reopened it (was it the review admin/manager or the employee requesting to edit it)? In general, showing more clearly a history of changes and the user that made that change would improve our ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes.

Time zones should match in-app or make it more clear what time zone is showing - this is often really confusing when you are trying to figure out when something was changed and it conflicts with what you or the customer is seeing in-app

I would love to be able to pull the file used for any import. It popped up at the retreat with an Objectives import, and this week with Curaleaf, where the file link was expired after about 15 days since its upload.

I'm not sure I understand the likert question.

Security audit needs to be updated. There are some duplicate filters that do different things in the right-hand sidebar, and some outdated terminology, like "Goals and accomplishments" for Priorities. It would be great if more things could be added, like when feature settings are enabled and disabled. For example, I wanted to see whether Priorities section frequency had been updated for a ticket this week but couldn't find this anywhere. I had shared some other Django ideas a few Check-ins back for Colin's question
