Margaret would like to get generated cookbooks onto staging and prod
environments. But right now the new endpoints (and the whole Cookbook app) is
only on QA.
We could do a staging and prod release tomorrow ... or we could come up with a
way to dump QA data and restore it to higher envs via the console.
Stephen Johnston suggested that, and I think that's what we're leaning towards
at the moment.
