Tricksie finally kidded last night. She went into labor around six or seven
and after dinner Emma and Jess headed out to watch. The first goat was born at
20:30 or so and the second was about 30 minutes later. It's pretty amazing
that all three does had twins this year. It's a real testement ot the work
that Jane did to take care of the goats through the fall and winter.
I'm pretty tired today. I got to bed a little later than I had hoped as I
wanted to get up early to help Emma with birthday breakfast things. I did
get up a little early, but also not fully rested.
