There's a lot going on in this PR. The biggest things to address are exploding perf tests and whether we still need some way to access the only admin flag in the frontend. I'm leaning towards yes on the latter.

Is it possible to assign or reassign a group or a department to an existing 15Five user? Based on your response, it would see the answer is no, but when I look at the Rippling integration flow it seems to imply that you can assign existing users to a group, or even existing departments. I also wonder, if you modify the content of the department, will updates to the department be propagated to groups in 15Five?

Also, would you mind clarify the different again between groups and group types? Is the concept of group types applicable at all in the scenario?
