+ Sometimes it can be hard to search in Guru as there are many many cards and the search is not always exact.
+ It is very annoying to edit questions in an active review template in Django. Many clicks.
+ I don't know if this would be possible, but it would be a **game **changer**** to be able to have multiple instances of 15Five accounts (and the Django admin page) open at once in the same browser. It is very time consuming to have to consistently log in and out of users' 15Five accounts to make changes in Django then access their account again and back and forth and so on and so on or to toggle between multiple users' accounts and/or your demo account. You can use private browsers and different browser types (Edge/Chrome/etc) but that can quickly become a mess.
+ I have some bigger ideas about Django that I'm going to discuss with Colin next week, but a few things come to mind: - Not being able to have the backend and front end open at the same time is frustrating. Having to log in and out of different customers' accounts to impersonate them and then go back and forth to Django is the thing I find most painful and time consuming. - I go to the "Participants" page for reviews in Django a lot - it would be helpful if that was added as a frequent search on the main page. - I would love if we were able to add some widgets that better connect Salesforce to Django, Pendo, etc. For example, a button that directly links you from the customer's case to their account page in Django, or be able to submit a Pendo request directly from Salesforce on behalf of the customer. This would alleviate a number of clicks.
+ Searching for specific 1-on-1s can take Django a bit to respond. Not sure how to improve that though.
+ Off the top of my head, there are little things that could be optimized in Django to make a big difference over time! For example, we use the "Participants" page all the time, so putting that at the top as a frequent search option (we don't use Reports as much), moving the "Sign in as" button all the way to the left when searching users so we don't have to scroll, etc. I'd love brainstorming these sorts of things if they would be doable or seen as worth changing.
