ENG-10141 - Free Access Accounts Do Not Have Access to Billing Pages

Description

The Billing tabs in 15Five is missing from some trial accounts. Affected companies include Connatix (Company ID 52836), Gas South LLC (Company ID 52320), and Last Mile Health (Company ID 52285).

This means no one can currently upgrade/purchase 15Five in-app.

This is especially an issue for self-service trials. They are left without an ability to upgrade in-app.

We need to expose the Billing tabs to trial accounts ASAP to make it possible for admins to upgrade before Free Access ends June 15.

*Note: The billing pages are NOT desirable for AE-owned trial accounts because AEs need to be able to maintain control of the deal; if the billing pages were exposed and the company upgraded without an AE, the AE would not get credit. Upon deployment of this fix, AEs would go in and manually turn back on the Customized Trial option in Django as it blocks the prospect from upgrading in app.*
