Next steps for this project are:

1. Writing good questions is hard. I mean really hard.

2. Talked with a number of folks in sales and marketing, people tend to lean hard on the question bank, but the question bank has some drawbacks.

- It's only 15Five currated questions

- There's not a lot in there

3. What if we could invite people outside 15Five to write questions

4. What if we could share them with our users in the form of public "playlists" of questions?

5. Each playlist can have a theme, and a brief description that lets users know what the goal of the questions is

6. Hope is to blow away the question bank with this

7. Enable collaboration between users and questions

8. Potentially a new route for inbound marketing, want to use a 15Five playlist, better have a 15Five account
