Spent 45 minutes on the call with Chike and we worked through a pretty simple issue where the SCIM Id had expired. We got the new key put into Azure, and then discovered that since the SCIM integration had stopped working on Aug 13, something changed and now managers are not being sent over properly.

Turns out the confusion was caused because Groups and Group types are not
removed via CSV and the deactivated user's group was not being removed the
report listing. Easy enough to remove the group that Crystal did not expect to
still see.
