ENG-12095 - Data pull for VEVO legal obligation

Description

VEVO's account expired over 90 days ago. After the grace period before account sanitization VEVO contacted 15Five saying that the data provided was not complete and included contractual language that indicates that 15Five was required to provide more than was included in the indicated export.

We retained a backup that will allow us to access the data that was present before their account was sanitized in production. However, we will not be able to restore it to use our standard export tools.

After consultation with counsel and negotiating with the client we've agreed to create a CSV export of the following

Objectives

This needs to be a one-off script that can be run by the DevOps team against a restored database instance and then put into Google Drive to share with the customer.
