Belfast Co-op has Bread Flour at $0.59/per pound.
75g - 1/2 cup bread flour
450g of bread flour, 75g of whole wheat flour, 50g semolina
One batch of bread is approx. $0.85, or ~$0.08 per english muffin
Price at $2.50 a half dozen, $0.41 per muffin, margin is ~$0.30 per muffin
Assume you only sell 50% in a given day or less,
per product at $3 a piece

Another in a string cloudy, gray, rainy days. Need to look at the forecast and
see if I'll have a window to run. I think I need to find a race to build up to
... There's always the June international up in Campo, but I've twice registered
and never actually made it. That's just kind of a hard time of year to find room
up there and get the whole family to.
Maybe I don't do a spring marathon this year.
Had a really fun time imagining doing the Northeast Kingdom Marathon and staying
at Jess' family camp. She seems to think it will be uncomfortable and cold in
late September. I think it will be chilly, but a lot of fun. We'll see.
Getting laid off puts crimps in long term planning.
