Probably shouldn't have been working on the weekend, but this was a fun tasks. Adds nice high quality avatar images for hidpi screens.
There are actually two PRs, one that updates all avatar images to a standard size and one that provides pixel doubled thumbnails via the HTML5 `srcset` attribute in the image tags. The latter PR is pretty easy to merge, but the first one may not be the proper solution as I change the size of a lot of avatar tags.

Woke up early today and was out of bed by 6:30. I was able to a little tidying and listen to a Making Sense podcast episode about compassion as it relates to high pressure situations. It was a neat conversation, but I don't remember as much about it as I would have hoped.
I thought about trying to get a run in, but it was drizzling off and on with a large storm system moving up the coast. The sky opened up and poured at about 8 and I'm glad I didn't try for the run at this point. The storm should have blown over by the afternoon, so I'll shoot to go for a 12-14 mile run then.
Emma just ran to Blue Hill to pick up some antibiotics for a tick bite that resulted in cellulitis, so she's grabbing Halloween donuts, as per tradition. In the meantime, the rest of my day should be committed to cleaning the house and some other chores. I'm looking forward to really committing to thinning out the miscellaneous crap around the house today.
