ENG-9122 - Static billing page

Acceptance criteria

1. For (1) newly created Sales Driven customers and (2) existing self-service customers upgraded to Sales Driven customers being flagged in Zuora — identified as having their ff_companybillinginfo.billing_processor value set to zuora — the following pages to not surface:

1. Retrieving invoices via the Billing history tab

2. Updating payment methods

3. Updating billing contact info

2. So essentially the Billing section converts from 4 tabs to 1 tab.

3. We need to remove the Upgrade now button from the page.

5. We need to change the destination email in the “Get in touch” link at the bottom to ar@15five.com.

7. The ability to deactivate must persist on the page (the link to deactivate needs to remain)

9. The ability to add teammates must persist on the page the link to add teammates needs to remain).
