Some thoughts for planning my next Q3 goals:

+ Engineering needs more urgency

+ Engineering needs to get more impact from the people we have

+ I need a way to give critical and constructive feedback on upcoming projects

+ Don't sit back and wait, engage upcoming projects with an eye towards success

+ What does it mean to build for customers first?

+ What does it mean to build for future customers? Work with sales to get alignment

+ Work with support to make sure our processes are not failing us

+ Improve "reproduce-ability" of solutions

Emma is helping Nammy with a doctor's appointment in Portland by driving

her down and back. Rather than stick all the kids in the car AGAIN, she left

them all here. So now I just need to get some work done surrounded by kids.

Thankfully it's raining all morning, so putting them in front of video games

is not the end of the world.
