I found Jess a potential truck on Craigslist today. It's an older Tundra with
pretty high mileage, but no rust, a new frame and it's on $5,800 which is a
lot less than she was looking at other trucks for. She and Emma are driving to
NH tomorrow to take a look.

Emma made almond scones today :heart-eyes: She sent me a plate while I was
working with cherry preserves and some butter. So good.

This morning was another block of meetings. Thankfully they were very
productive. The retro felt really good, and I'm always amazed at now nice and
thoughtful everyone is about how we're doing. João made some excellent points
about how our process for new projects is not really up to par yet. Both Zuora
and the App Library project were started really fast. For Zuora it kind of
came out of nowhere, and for the App Library, I dragged my feet on it without
strong product input for a while.

Woke up super late today. It was cold in our room and Emma didn't want to get
up either. Snowing quite hard, though very little was sticking.
