+ Clinic is planning to take upper rooms and convert to apartments

+ Captain's Catch lease has one person interested
- Same location
- Current tenant moved everything out of the building and did not inform us that they were not re-upping th lease
- Need someone on the hook to re-open the Captain's Catch
+ Library initiative to develop a story trail
- Working with Deborah Orado to figure out where they'd go
- Need location nailed down before grant writing
+ Community resilience partnership
- If insulation bid comes in low we can
+ Snow plow contract, need to get RFP out
- $9,500 per storm on currect contract
