- How can we learn from one another

- Collab is solidly rooted enough that collaboration will happen

- Okay, as lay leaders in the CMT, to say we don't have the bandwidth to add things in as members of the CMT

- What is our work? What is our work as the CMT right now?

- Are there things that you all do want to offer?

- Last spring (1,000 years ago) we were straegizing about creating a chalice camp

- Big enough, with enough logistics that we can still work on that

- If we have the bandwidth to move forward with things

- Do not have the bandwidth to plan a chalice camp

- Congregations trying to find if they need open space for post-election conversations

- If we were in our regular world, we'd probably open doors, let people come in

- Bigger Zoom account, maybe we can just open the room and drop in

- Morning after election day big group hangout

- Conversations end up with ministers holding space

- Are there things that the lay leaders would be willing to plan and hold space for?

- Maybe there are things that CMT leaders could take turns hosting

- Bettina, home for the holidays conversations

- Once a month,

- Grieve what can't happen and then re-imagine what can happen
