This turned out to be an issue of misunderstanding between myself and Aditya. He had been asking for question detail views, which I was providing. But I got confused about the difference between the /question endpoint and the /review-cycle endpoint. The questions are just for 15Five questions, while the review-cycle endpoint does not have a detail view for BSR questions.
I feel like a bit of an asshole, because I totally misunderstood the initial request and ended up addding something that [[file:20200807114601-rippling.org][Rippling]] didn't even need for the integration. Being able to view soft-deleted questions via the API is still not a bad thing, but we didn't need to add it.
Now we're likely going to need to figure out how to add a detail view for BSR questions too.

Not quite the supply chain, but I kinda love that when I buy some random piece of old hardware off eBay it smells like someone else's house. That seems weird, and I'm sure lots of people would prefer their plastic products to smell like a factory of off-gassing. But I love when I can kinda step into the world of someone I'm only barely connected to via a financial transaction.
