Timeline

- Note taken on

No rain today, but the weather is beautiful. Emma and I got the raised beds

out back fixed, finally. It's nice to not have those big hemlock boards

sitting in the grass. The beds also look great.

- Note taken on

Starting to get that edge of tired that comes from being up early. I think

I'll be able to get a pre-afternoon run in today if I play my cards right with

respect to farm chores.

I'm also trying to time out my day better with Org-mode than I have

historically. I'm not sure if it will make a difference, but I'm looking at my

list more often and making sure Orgzly stays in sync as well 🤞🏼

- Note taken on

I managed to get Emma up around 5:30 this morning and that helped me stay

awake. We didn't get all that much done, but I had a nice easy morning of

doing some reading and chicken chores and it's not even 8 yet. I was thinking

I might go on a morning run, or start in the garden. In any case, there's lots

of day light and potential today.

Asa Sewell woke up tired and ended up sleeping on me while I read up to Part

2 in The Rise of Endymion. The story is moving along a clip, but I'm more

aware of being pulled forward through cliffhangers rather than really

engrossed in the world. Hyperion had a more consistent environment, while the

two Endymion novels are just moving fast through everything.
