Ferry Beach update

CMT early on said we don't supervise the Ferry Beach event

But Anne's the only RE person left so she'll need help

Do we need a theme?

Friday evening, just before supper, there will be a Parent's meeting

Rules around children are "tighter" ... no children may be unaccompanied on any part of the campus

All doors will be locked after 11 p.m.

Have to be out of rooms before breakfast on Sunday

Schedule will have all these details, may need reinforcement

95 people signed up, plus 30 with the non-violent communication group

More than half of 95 are from Ellsworth

**Should we do a retrospective in November?**

Going as a single group instead of three groups made it easier this year

Invite Anne to the November CMT meeting and debrief

Registration is busy during small part of the year, but very busy

Program planning in spring was very busy

Provide a stipend to the registrar?

There's an art to what Anne does ... know the room layouts and people

No dates for next year ... have first refusal for end of August date next year

Journal

Been kind of a chaotic day, with Brooke picking me shortly after 8 this morning

for a ride to Ellsworth for the CMT meeting. I'm only just getting home now and

trying to settle into getting work done. But I also know I would like to get in

a long run today and not sure when that will fit.

Need to take stock of various tasks and commit to something.
