- Zoltan has been an amazing Learner so far this year! We had a great time
at the end of Q1 collaborating on the People Attributes tasks (which plays
into Relator as well!) and he took the stuff he learned are ran with it.
He's been a tremendous help with being able to do backend work in Admin
Squad and really open to questions in PR reviews as well. It's such a joy
to work with Zoltan 😄
- What developmental feedback would you give to Zoltan Gorbe to make the next few months successful?
- Keep learning and performing at a high level! I do wonder with both
Achiever and Learner in his strengths if we can see more ideas for
improvements of things from Zoltan in the future. I bet he has some
awesome ideas for how we can do things faster or better!

- This has been a strange quarter, to say the least. Given all the quick
shifts and unexpected challenges for 15Five, I've been really impressed
with Robert's ability to think Strategically. We've had a number of
projects change on a day to day basis, and Robert has been quick to take
in the changing requirements and deliver consistent goals for the
engineers in Admin squad.
- What developmental feedback would you give to Robert Enck to make the next few months successful?
- I love the videos that Robert puts together helping us to understand the details of his designs. One thing I think would make Admin squad more successful going forward is finding ways to be more collaborative in how we build out Robert’s designs. We’ve talked a bit about this, but I think it’s going to be a team effort of better documentation in design and solution documents, and committing to finding the time to leave quality feedback.
