Looked through a few cases where user accounts were deactivated in Okta by
their Workday profile mastering, but the deactivated account never made it to
15Five.
The odd part here is that we still see the users show up in other user's smart
group members. In other words, other users still get sent a message saying
they're in that user's reporting chain, but the user is gone already.
