First follow up appointment post op from my ankle internal fixation surgery.

Everything is going smoothly. The PA said I was healing nicely and thought I'd

been in good shape in 4 weeks to start putting weight on the ankle again.

I didn't get any new imaging done today, but he did share the images from

immediately after the procedure and they are crazy. They show the two

anchoring screws in my tibia and the binding cable between the tib-fib joint.

The cable is much lower down my leg than I thought it would be.

In other news, at work the porchpals squad is officially dissolving and

Emmanual, Calvin, Bogle and myself are joining the Toggle Renters squad,

rebranded as RAM squad. I am surprisingly excited about this change and feel

like there's a bit more focus and team-building happening as a result.
