Processed email inbox before the Bicentennial meeting was set to start. Mostly
just archived a bunch of things, but reminded me to pay our Brand Source
credit card payment. That was late :( But the fee was only $28. I also donated
to the Condor & Eagle film screening and got that on my calendar.

Reflecting on gratitude for physical contact
I don’t think much about this. Being stuck in the house comes easily for me
because I have a large family. I get to hug my kids everyday. I have a loving
partner who I feel totally comfortable around. I find tremendous Gratitude in
having learned to be hugger. Growing up my family was not big on physical
affection. That was fine, but having learned how to hug has been fabulous.

General notes
- Note taken on
After a glorious weekend with plenty of sun, today has flipped on it’s ear.
It’s really cold out and raining. There’s snow expected overnight. Thankfully
today is a rest day, so hopefully it shouldn’t affect my training load. It
will likely be a colder, wetter period this coming week.
We also got a ton of 2020 Garden Plan work done over the weekend. I got all the
wood chips cleaned up from the front yard, dug up a good chunk of flower beds,
planted the peas and some raspberry plants that Nammy dropped off.
