I slept in this morning and Emma had to wake me up to make sure I didn't miss the mediation session this morning. Wasn't a huge issue as the call wasn't until 9, but it was interesting to see how hard I was sleeping.
I'm actually sitting on the mediation call right now, but I probably shouldn't write much here due to the nature of legal restrictions on mediation.
It's raining a lot right now, too. I haven't gone for a run in about four days and I can feel myself getting anxious about not getting outside.
