I think I need to do a better job keeping track of things that change. With regards to work, I often will make multiple fairly substantial changes to my spacemacs config, or branch that results in something not working, but because I didn't verify each change individually, I really have no idea what changed.
This is pretty noticeable with spacemacs, where things seem to break all the time.
Besides that, it's been an odd day, where I got up quite early for a town-gown meeting, but am now stuck in town waiting for either Emma to get back or to ask someone to give me a ride out of town. I suppose I could walk, but that'd be a pretty big time sync.
Jane had a dentist appointment today, and I talked a big game about going with before I remembered the town gown meeting. So perhaps what really happened was my expectations were blown up, and I don't like to disappoint people.

Didn't get to bed until close to 1 last night. That can't happen again tonight. Why does it happen that I wind up awake longer than I mean to? Something in my head is telling me that this time is precious and it leads me to push and push to figure things out. I just need to call it, and sleep.
