Journal
Woke up feeling tired but pretty refreshed this morning. I had left English
muffins to rise last night, and even despite not remembering to punch it down,
they turned out really well.
Today is another gorgeous day. I'm hoping to get some more cultivation done in
the garden, and maybe some trees cleared out in the back pasture.
