My knee hurt this morning after my run yesterday. I'm not sure what's injured, but the downhill/downstairs pain is consistent with IT Band issues. The pain, however, is on the interior of my right knee, and IT Band Syndrome usually occurs on the outside of the knee. All very strange.

It's also Jane's birthday today! I can't believe she's 10. This summer she's been tearing through the Percy Jackson books and is now on the Gods of Olympus series.
