I took a look at the BambooHR logs for Reward Gateway and it turns out that while Didi's account is referenced as a reviewer in a few places, her account is not actually in the log. So I think this is an upstream error in BambooHR where here account is likely deactivated.

Ooof, this turned out to simply be an issue with the CSV file encoding when saving from Excel. Turns out you have to use the UTF encoding option when saving the CSV file.

Emma and got up pretty early this morning together and started the day on a high note. I then did a little bit for work before going for a run. It's nice to run in the morning, even if it's not the crack of dawn, as the energy flows through the rest of the day.
