Journal

Working on very little sleep, but I am safely in Lisbon, Portugal. The sun is

rising outside the airport terminal. I am waiting for Shem to arrive around 8:20

and we will then grab an Uber for the coast.

Listening to Dimanche a Bamako seems mildly appropriate on the Iberian

peninsula. There's a lot of African folks passing through the airport and

everything just feels more multi-cultural than anywhere in New England.
