Journal

Got Nabby sleeping on my chest this morning. We spent the afternoon at PenBay

Medical Center yesterday and they ended up wanting her to spend the night as

well. So we're still here trying to figure out why she's having a recurring

fever. The best guess right now is a UTI, but we're waiting on the bacteria to

culture to confirm.

This morning the pediatrician said there's a chance we can go home this evening

if things look okay, but that the culture likely wouldn't be done till tomorrow

at the earliest. So we'd be going home with antibiotics and a plan for watchful

waiting.

On the plus side, everyone at the Adams School and work have been really

supportive of the time spent here. Soccer has been most disruptive. This has

been a strange year for soccer all the way around. Between missing a week for

Portugal and now this I'm not sure how much I will have earned my coaching title.
