Turns out there's a good reason this doesn't exist, as Slack does not like
comments from one user being re-written by a bot. So this is probably out. I
pitched an idea of a bot that could post a thread-comment with Jira and Github
PR links as context after a standup-like post. But we'll see if that's worth
doing. Stephen Johnston at least seems open to tools like this done at the
right time.

Tried just hooking up the Jira integration to the #standup-api channel and it
was not good. It just dumps issue previews into the channel when referenced. I
really just want a regex-based autolinker for mentioned Jira issues. I'll look
into a lightweight slack bot that can do that later today.
