Was listening to the 10 Percent Happier Podcast with Leah Weiss ([[https://www.tenpercent.com/podcast-episode/leah-weiss-271][link]]) and she just sounded like someone who would appreciate the culture of 15Five. One of the things she said that really jumped out at me was the idea of not "creating super viruses" out of your employees by teaching them to be functional in toxic environments.

The folks at Clement's Farm texted me today asking if I wanted to pick up hay. So now we have a really crappy pile of 80 bales in front of the stable. They sold them to us for the usual price of $2 a bale, which is really generous. Hopefully this takes us through most of the winter with only a few goats.
